Gumin O. The Criminal Violent Conduct of Person: Teoretiko-Applied Aspects

In dissertation the basic are exposed teoretiko-applied, the system and maintenance of deliktnikh and kriminogennikh factors which stipulate the aspects of criminal violent conduct of person criminal violent conduct is found out. On the basis of the conducted complex study and analysis of research kriminal'no-pravove and criminology determination of concept "violences" is found out and grounded, his signs are selected. Classification is carried out of types of criminal violence as physical and psychical, and also combined (united) - sexual and economic violence, which can be their constituents, and also their determination is given. The separate component elements of description of criminology of person, which accomplishes violent actions, and victims of crimes of violence, are analysed (state, structure, dynamics, geography, reasons, but other); certainly the most peculiar lines of such persons and their description is carried out.
