The survey was conducted in 1213 in the amount of damages to cases and 473 cases after clinical and organizational experiment, studied and analyzed clinical and nosological and clinical and epidemiological characteristics of injuries, conducted the clinical analysis of medical care and the causes of lethal outcome of current traumatic process, defined and assessed risk of lethal outcome of traumatic process flow in patients with polytrauma associated with clinical and epidemiological, clinical and nosological and clinical-organizational factors.
