Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the clinical and laboratory substantiation of the differentiated approaches to the creation of regionally focused programs of prevention of the basic stomatologic diseases in children according to the total level of environmental contamination. It is established that level of stomatological health of children in the regions with low level of environmental contamination is higher than in regions of ecological crisis and very high level of contamination. There are some distinctions in the maintenance of chemical elements in the enamel of the permanent teeth and in the oral liquid in children that can influence the prevalence and intensity of caries and diseases of periodontium. Presence of pre-clinical changes in periodontal tissues and in humoral immune system of the oral cavity in children living in ecologically adverse conditions is established. The differentiated schemes of prevention of the basic stomatologic diseases in children according to the environmental contamination level are developed.
