Object of research - public power. Purpose of research - ground of theoretical and methodological bases and applied aspects of forming and functioning mechanisms of realization of public power on the trust basis. Methods of research - gnosiological, system and analytical, functional and structural analyses, inductions and deductions. The practical value of results of research consists that the main theoretical positions of thesis make a basis for the practical perfection and realization of mechanisms of public power on the trust basis. The scientific novelty of got results consists that for the first time a place of trust in case of forming mechanisms of realization of public power is definite, conception of forming a mechanism of decentralization of public power on the trust basis is offered, conceptual bases on forming an organizational and administrative mechanism of counteraction of corruption in Ukraine as a main factor of rise of trust to the public power are developed. classification of principles of activity of organs of public power at the local level, conceptual approach to forming a mechanism of decentralization of public power on the basis of trust, informative mechanism of co-operation of citizen, society and public power, methods of rise of public activity on the trust basis are improved. theoretical positions and fundamental categories, characterizing power and ruling actions, principles of structural construction and functioning the system of power, position about the public character of power as a social, legal to the phenomenon forming and realization of imperious relations within the framework of Ukrainian society, methodical approach to estimation of trust, methodology of research of trust by determination of intercommunications between the subjects of trust and mistrust, maintenance of notion the "trust" got further development.
