In dissertation examined teoretiko-methodological and practical principles of strategy and tactic of forming, development and effective functioning, investment-innovative markets in Ukraine in the conditions of international integration and transformation of national economy. Certainly basic factors which limit development of venture business in Ukraine. Grounded conceptual bases of strategy of forming and effective functioning investment-innovative markets in the conditions of internationalization and transformation of economy in the context of role of venture investments. It is developed organizationally economic mechanism of action investment-innovative markets.
