Melnyk K. Labour Relations of Law Enforcement Officers.

The thesis is devoted to the problems of law enforcement officers’ labour relations. The sphere of labour law action is analyzed and offers on its broadening are made. The problems of unity and differentiation of labour law are considered. Such definitions as “law enforcement officers’ labour relations”, “unity of labour law”, “differentiation of labour law”, “law enforcement agencies”, “contest of labour law”, “change of labour contract”, “change of legal labour relation”, “removal from work”, “law enforcement officers’ resignation” and so on are determined by the author. The range of agencies that belongs to law enforcement agencies’ system is determined. Peculiarities of law enforcement officers’ labour relations are marked out. Foreign experience of law enforcement service is studied. Modern state of legal regulation of formation, change, suspension and cessation of Ukrainian law enforcement officers’ labour relations is cleared. Offers on improving the draft of Labour Code of Ukraine concerning tasks of labour legislation, principles of legal regulation of labour and connected with them relations, enhancement of Labour Code meaning in the system of labour legislation, founding for formation of labour relations and so on are made. In order to unify national legislation on law enforcement service problems it is offered to elaborate the Law of Ukraine “On Law Enforcement Service of Ukraine”. The structure of this Law and content of separate articles are elaborated.
