Essay

This dissertation affirms that in the age of information communication is the basis of contemporary political systems, and the human right for communication has acquired the dimensions of one of the most important civil rights and freedoms. The author holds that dominance of informational and communicational components is, in the times of global revolution in information and communication, the crucial factor in linking the civil society and the state. In the research, the author gives a new interpretation to the notion of a "civil society". The dissertation leads to the conclusion that a continuous communication process is a result of self-organization, self-construction, self-mobilization and self-creation for protecting and conserving the realization of various interests and human rights, of personal and common interests, of democracy development.
