The thesis deals with deepening of scientific representation about the theoretical and methodological bases of the future teacher's preparation to the personal oriented education of younger schoolchildren in the conditions of step education. The author's concept of vocational training of students to the personal oriented education of younger schoolchildren is proved. The key theoretico-methodological research concepts which explain the process of the future teacher's preparation to the personal oriented education of pupils of the junior classes are presented in the work.
