Fesenko I. Methodology for developing the coal industry: a resource aspect

Object of the study is management development to fuel branch and coal-mining enterprise. Objective of study is development to methodologies of the ensuring the development to coal branch with account of its particularities and system relationships coal-mining enterprise. Methods of research are dialectical, system and complex approach, structured-logical and economic analysis, theory of the systems, factorial and statistical analysis, selective examinations. Theoretical and practical results: the improvement to methodologies of the development to coal industry of the Ukraine; recommendations on motivation of the management decisions of increasing to efficiency of the work coal-mining enterprise. Novelty: improvement theorist-methodological positions and complex of the explanation facilities of the management decisions in coal industry, directed on development of the national economy. Degree of the introduction by: Ministry of energy and coal industry of the Ukraine, QJSC "Luganskiy institute on designing enterprise to coal industry "Luganskgiproshaht", coal enterprises.
