Essay

Object: process of functioning of the prison system (PC) in the economic environment of the state, region, single production. Purpose: complex development of scientifically-methodical positions, systems of organization and development of services PC on the stage of transformation of economic relations by means of systematization of theoretical and drawing on the applied results of research. Methods: analysis and synthesis; systematization, selection and complex economic evaluation of scientific facts; approach of the systems to the recreation of the economic phenomenon; networks with multi-layered perseptron; factor analysis; cluster grouping; selection of the phenomenon; cut away design; constructing of the probabilistic system; economic evaluation of achievements. It is offered: to the stem of constructing of single production in an economic environment PC; scientific approach to forming of co-operation of economic constituent of productive and economic environment PC; organizationally-methodical positions of life-support PC; methodological approach of coercion in an action of effective terms of production PC; methodical approach from the ground of administrative and regulator decisions PC; system of organization of services in PC; economy-mathematical model of linguistic description of level of services PC. Sphere of the use: establishment and enterprises of PC.
