Predborskiy V. The theoretical aspects of the shadow economy of Ukraine in conditions of transformation processes

The object of research is the dysfunctional processes in the state regulation of economy of Ukraine in the conditions of transformation the social and economic relations. The purpose of research is development and substantiation of the concept influence of deformation, dysfunctional processes in the system of state regulation on development of shadow economy of Ukraine in the conditions of transformation processes. Methods of research are the structural and functional analysis, historical method; comparative economic method; statistical analysis; sociological methods. Theoretical and practical results. For the first time the concept of nonshadow the economy of Ukraine in conditions of transformation processes; a comprehensive study of regularities development of shadow processes in the transformation conditions of the civilizational component of the national economic system is carried out; a new category theory of the shadow economy - " parasitic elite economy", its structural and logical connection with the one-system concepts is defined; a statement of the fact, that the overall social and economic basis of the nonshadow economy is the transition to the catholic form of the social and economic relations organization. System of measures that should be involved the state in the implementation of the concept of nonshadow economic relations is improved. Theoretical positions on basic manifestations of contradictions between the processes of transformation, conclusions on the contradictions of the elit development, patterns of periodic loss of its legitimacy are improved. Interpretation of the content of the effective domestic economy formation processes is got further development. It provides that the bipolarity is a special form of mixed economy. Methodological approaches to deepen the study of the essential characteristics of individual structural elements of the shadow economy, their social and economic danger, the main ways restrictions; theoretical generalization of the basic mechanisms of the shadow phenomena development in conditions of growth crisis contradictions of transformation that takes into account the leading role of a parasitic elite economy in their strengthening are got further development.
