Genesis, character and scale of tourism development in the conditions of strengthening globalization processes were investigated. The comparative analysis of conceptions, the subject base of which stipulates formation of the value oriented management, was conducted. Conceptual positions and essential features of objects and subject were proved; objective, directions of realization, tasks, system of principles of the value oriented management were defined. The macroeconomic terms of introducing the value oriented management of tourist enterprises were analysed. The portfolio of methods which meaningfully specify the orientation of management system of tourist enterprises following the vector of value oriented management was developed. The directions of forming of perspective technologies were defined and the preconditions of enhancing goal effectiveness of value oriented management of tourist enterprises were proved.
