Turchyn Y. State Development Ideas by O. Eichelmann: Evolution of the Institutional Dimensions of Policy.

In the thesis, the scientific and theoretical legacy and the social and political activities of O. Eichelmann, a well-known researcher and constitutionalist, a public and political figure and an ideologist of the Ukrainian liberation movement of 1917–1920, a representative of the national democratic orientation of the Ukrainian political ideas of the inter-war period, are analyzed. His views of the essence, peculiarities and principles of the functioning of political institutes and their institutional fundamentals. The study of the theoretical work by O. Eichelmann created the grounds for interpreting his cumulative social and political ideas as a complete intellectual system which has not been so far a subject of political analysis.
