Essay

In work the basic laws of creation of elastomeric compositions with the use of phosphorus acids organic derivatives with different functional groups and assistants are established. It is shown that the maximal accelerating action on the sulphuric vulcanization process of diene rubbers have compounds with helatic bond between phosphorus and sulphur and/or with coordinating bond of metal and sulphur in the structure of phosphorusorganic compounds. Directions of parallel and successive reactions in the presence of probed classes of phosphorusorganic compounds at formation of valid vulcanization agent are determined. The recommendations on application of phosphorusorganic compounds as accelerators and multifunctional ingredients with the purpose of vulcanization processes intensification, diminishing of toxic matters formation, expansion of ingredients assortment are created.
