Essay

Object - the elastomeric composite materials that contain modifiers class of aliphatic, aromatic amines, silicones and systems based on them, crushed the vulcanizate.Purpose - Development of evidence-based principles for manufacturing technology and formulation of elastomeric materials for use in the resource-saving technologies of production of rubber products; search for substances that increase the interfacial interaction, improving the quality of repair of tires; development of elastomeric materials with the modified crushed vulcanizates. Methods - IR and UV spectroscopy, gas chromatography reversed, thermogravimetric and thermomechanical analysis. Results - analyzed and patterns of influence on structure and properties of elastomeric composites based on modifying the system of aliphatic amines and organo-silicon compounds; identified the parameters of the interfacial modifier activity and shows the properties of elastomeric materials on the degree of saturation of the surface modifiers; developed the scientifically-sound basis for effective regulation of adhesion to the elastomeric matrix systems - vulcanized rubber, which are applied in a resource-saving process - the renewal of worn tires; established the basic pattern of resource-saving technologies in vulcanized elastomer crushed by regulating the processes of saturation of their surface compositions modifitsiruyusche-regenerating.This ensures that the set of properties at a sufficient level by increasing the particle size of ground vulcanized rubber and its contents are designed and implemented in the production of elastomeric materials from secondary raw materials.
