Essay

The Object of research - diagnostic process of the functional condition of the humen organism subsystems. A research Objective - development of the information guaranteeing theory of providing decision support systems in medical diagnostics based on the synthesis of structured diagnostic objects models and solving rules on these models. The Methods of research - the theory of identification, recognition of shapes and decision-making, methods of the Hough transformation and analysis of stream models. Theoretical and practical results - the thesis addressed the scientific and practical problem of the theoretical foundations of information technology and promising class of decision support systems in medical diagnosis based on the synthesis of structured object models of diagnosis, and synthesis of diagnostic rules for these models, which ultimately increases the efficiency of the systems. Novelty - first developed methods of structural identification of biological signals, the synthesis of hierarchical structures of diagnostic signs and diagnosed conditions, the synthesis of qualifying diagnostic output based on the analysis of a priori conditional probabilities, their uncertainties, and expert assessments of symptom patterns. The Degree of introduction - results are introduced in the form of models, algorithms and packages of applied programs for solving problems of decision support in medical diagnosis, as evidenced by the introduction of regulations. Area of use - the development of computer decision support systems in medicine.
