Kozlovskiy S. The management of modern economic systems, their development and stability

In the thesis theory-methodological positions of management by modern economic systems, their development and stability are developed. In particular, methodological principles of functioning of difficult economic systems on micro-, mezo- and a macrolevel are investigated. Author's interpretation of such concepts are given: "economic stability of system", "management of economic stability of system". Types of models development of modern economic systems are determined. For qualitative management it is offered to present economic system as a semantic network. The universal model of organizational system in structure of economic system is developed. Also developed requirements to regional system strategic indicator planning in Ukraine in view of elements of state regulation. The hypothesis about opportunities of the analysis of development of modern economic systems through concept of their strategic economic potential and stability is put forward. In the work conceptual approaches to development of model of management by factors of development of modern economic systems are developed. The innovative model of definition and forecasting of stability of macroeconomic system of Ukraine is developed on the basis of the theory of fuzzy logic and a method of optimization - genetic algorithm and on the basis of which the system of support of decision-making which permits is developed to build dependence of the forecast of stability of macroeconomic system on change of two factors of influence.
