Essay

The thesis is devoted to problems of accuracy increase and measurement speed, and forming of radiosignal parameters. The theory and a conception of uniform phase - frequency approved, is developed, which is based on the concept of a main information parameter and its derivatives (adequate model); methods and facilities of metrological maintenance phase - frequency measurement of radiosignals. The postulates of phase - frequency synthesis are formulated, new measurement principles and radiosignal normalization with angular modulation are developed. Transverse functions are developed and analyzed, the perspectives of their use as a new orthogonal base are indicated.
