Kantsir V. Philosophy of international terrorism: legal dimension

The thesis is devoted to integrated investigation of terrorism as the complicated and contradictory system social phenomenon. The basic theoretic-methodological approaches to international terrorism investigation are disclosed. The main types, concepts, categories and essential characteristics of terrorist displays in globalized world are examined. The concepts and perspectives of scientific comprehension of international terrorism are revealed. International terrorism is examined in the informational-semiotic and mythological contexts. From the positions of philosophy of law the understanding of international terrorism essence is explored, the transdisciplinarity of synergetic method for investigation of this phenomenon is analyzed, social, economic and psychological premises of terrorism origin as the social phenomenon are analyzed, philosophical legal description of persons who commit terrorist acts is made.
