Kirdina E. Methodological aspects of investment-innovation development of Ukraine's railway complex as a constituent part of national economy

Object - investment-innovation development of railway complex as an important component of national economy, in the context of formation of an innovation model of Ukraine's economy and growing competition in transportation market. Objective - to design theoretical and methodological regulations, methodical basis and practical recommendations as regards the provision of investment-innovation development of Ukraine's railway complex in the framework of interaction and mutual influence of functioning processes of economic entities and their flexibility for global changes. Methods - economic and system analysis, comparative analysis and generalization, programme-oriented approach, expert and mathematical method, method of games with variable composition of participants, optimization and decision making. Results - it has for the first time been developed a methodic approach of task solution in terms of high speed traffic on Ukraine's railways based on the interindustry approach; it has been grounded methodology for system formation of the integrated management of investment-innovation development of railway complex based on united economic resources and processes of the group's entities; it has been designed a method to select priority fields of investment-innovation activity on railway transport; it has been determined provision schemes and estimation criteria for flexibility of investment-innovation potential of Ukraine's railway complex. Improvements: the methodical approach to price calculation of a new rolling stock; approach to organization of innovation process on railway transport; theoretical basis of innovation effectiveness estimation; theoretical basis of formation and operation of management system for investment-innovation potential of railway complex. Further development: theoretical and methodical basis of formation, estimation and development of investment-innovation potential of railway complex; determination of new axioms of functioning and management of railway complex; theoretical basis of branch innovation policy.
