Essay

This thesis deals with theoretical, methodological and practical issues in the emergence of synergies in the process of mergers and acquisitions of corporations. The theoretical study, the concept of mergers and acquisitions carried out identification of mergers and acquisitions and their investigated process combination that allows a clear separation of them, understanding the essence of each individual process as a set of methods and mechanisms for implementation. Conceptual foundations of synergetic approach to the study of complex systems and key milestones of establishment of synergy as a new methodology of economic systems were generalized. Based on the investigation of the nature of fluctuations of a merger and identification of the causes of external and internal vibrational processes in the corporation developed methodologies for evaluating corporate sustainability dairy industry to external and internal fluctuations. The analysis of correlations between trends in indicators of external factors and industry net income disparities were found in the dairy industry, which define the areas of self-organization system as a set of vector drawing their development which will be held towards the use of their advantages or neutralization of their negative impact on the industry. For purposes of analysis of the self-organisation in the industry, the authorized methods of the assessment of self-organization were developed, which base on a comparison of proportions between the rate of change of its input and output streams. Investigation of influence factors and internal developments corporations dairy industry has revealed areas for further self- organization in dairy industry, which will be aimed at eliminating the negative impact of inconsistencies or the use of their advantages. Theoretical approaches to acknowledge the sources of the economic effects of mergers and acquisitions were improved. Based on the investigation of the nature of such effects, the latter were identified as complementary and synergistic. On the basis of a system approach to investigation of the processes of self-organization, mergers and acquisitions the methodology of its potential synergies was impoved. To evaluate the synergy effect of mergers and acquisitions the concept of internal and external synergies in corporation was developed.
