Alfyorov S. Administrative and legal mechanism of corruption counteraction in the Internal Affaires Bodies

The thesis is devoted to administrative and legal mechanism of counteracting corruption in the internal affaires agencies. Problems of determining corruption's essence are analyzed; some peculiarities of Ukrainian corruption are found out. Notion of corruption as a legal category is exposed; thorough analysis of Ukrainian Law "On measures of corruption's prevention and counteraction" is carried out. Social and legal danger of Ukrainian corruption is determined. Activity in the field of counteracting corruption as the way of realizing state politics is examined; tasks, functions, principles, forms and methods of counteracting corruption's activity within the internal affaires agencies are determined.
