Essay

In this work the scientific solution of the important clinical oncology problem was introduced: breast cancer treat-ment efficiency increasing in the group of young patients by implementation of individualized treatment principles on the basis of molecular-genetic tumor characteristics. In clinical practice patients under the age of 35 years old were divided into the different risk groups and for each of this groups treatment regimens were proposed.
