Minenko M. Phakhovi Associations in the Agro & Industrial Sphere (Theory, Methodology, Organization)

Object of research: formation process phakhovi associations, phakhovi conformity, institutional ability and corporate social responsibility as a basis of collective economic and food safety and sustainable development of agrarian and industrial sphere. The purpose of research: working out of theoretic-methodological bases of formation and development phakhovi institutional capable socially responsible associations as regulator of steady economic system of maintenance of food safety and effective conditions of functioning of model of a sustainable development of agrarian and industrial sphere. Research methods: historic-logic; facet classifications; hierarchical classification; is abstract-logic; the dialectic; modeling and typology; structurally functional; the monographic; the analysis and synthesis; the graphic. Theoretical and practical results: the process of transformation of integrated systems of agro & industrial sphere to a qualitatively new kind of modern formations phakhovi associations are being analyzed in the present thesis as well their influence on the construction of a stable system of food safety and upon effectiveness of models of functioning of sustainable development of agro & industrial sphere. The degree of scientific development of a problem has been revealed there, content of a meaning as "phakhove association of agro & industrial sphere" was determined there as well its specificity as object and subject of management has been disclosed there. The theoretical, methodological and organizational approaches with regard to grounding of creation as well activity of such associations with taking into account of evolution of formation of the integrated units has been generalized there accordingly through a change of their role and place in the general & state system of management and systems of management over branches at different branches of the economic development. The expediency of recognition at the legislative level of the phakhovi associations through a new regulator of the economic system with the necessity to transfer to it of the relevant regulatory functions of state institutions as well definition of rights and of an equivalent degree of responsibility to all stakeholders is grounded there. The correlation between the procedure of formation of the phakhovyy and institutionally being capable of socially responsibility medium through the mechanism of recognition and associations as phakhovi and necessity to develop a system of collective economic security and assuring of conditions for developing a food security and a sustainable development of the agro & industrial sphere as a component of a sustainable development of the society has been demonstrated there. Novelty consists in a complex and system substantiation of theoretic-methodological bases of formation and development of integration processes and formations of a regulator of system of economic relations equal in rights - phakhovi associations. Introduction degree: results of researches were used in work of the Ministry of an agrarian policy and the foodstuffs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, Vseukrainsky public association "Union of manufacturers of the food-processing industry of Ukraine", National association of the credit unions of Ukraine; by preparation of projects of Laws of Ukraine.
