Essay

Dynamic and vibration processes in the equipment of stands by the continuous mills for broadband hot and cold rolling. Scientific basis and creation of methods for dynamic loads reducing and diagnostics of equipment technical condition, directed to increase of broadband mills efficiency. Experimental researches, mathematical modeling, and industrial testing. The established dependence of dynamic coefficient from constructive parameters of stands drive line, and from the parameters of rolling and angular clearances in the joints. The methods of dynamic loads reducing in the biting and resonance phenomena during rolling are developed. The method for estimation of rolling stability parameters and equipment condition is developed. The methods of diagnostics of equipment technical condition by means of dynamic coefficient and the delay time of the drive line sites reaction to shock loads on the rolls is developed and validated at the existing mills. The rules for the equipment technical condition recognizing are developed. Introducted. Metallurgy, rolling production.
