Object of the study is processes of reflexive management subject market. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions, development scientifically-methodological approach and practical recommendation on shaping little-expensing mechanism of reflexive management competitiveness enterprises. Lefevra with account of the positions to cybernetic theory of management, theories to information and competitiveness, marketing approach, model of the bipolar choice V.
