Gurzhiy T. National policy of road safety: theoretical, legal and organizational principles.

Dissertation revolves around the research on theoretical and practical aspects of organizational and legal promotion of road safety in Ukraine. Based on the achievements of domestic law, best foreign practice, analysis of current national legislation, lawmaking and law applying activity the conceptual approach to solving topical issues of forming and implementation of national policy for road safety is developed. Primary objectives and priority directions of public policy of road safety are systematized. The necessity of declaration of road safety by the integral constituent of national security, and also one of major directions of national policy is well-proven.
