Zozulja I. Theory and practice of reforming of system of bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: administrative-legal bases.

The dissertation is devoted to defining the essence, content and features of the theory and practice of reforming the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, working-out of administrative and legal basis of reforming, and the suggestions and recommendations for improvements. The status of the problem, notion, content and substance of reforming the system of bodies of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine were refined, the features of the reforming the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the context of administrative-legal reforms were identified. In this work the link between content and form of the internal affairs of Ukraine under modern conditions was established; the administrative-legal status of the subjects of reforming the system of the internal affairs of Ukraine was clarified.
