3. Methodic approaches to the formation of organizational economic mechanism of state support of rural territories development and its functioning under market conditions are generalized in the dissertation. It is substantiated that state support is an essential condition for rural areas development and the territories themselves realize a lot of important functions for the state.The structural pyramid of the rural territories of the region is improved. Reformation of agrarian sector management system to increase the efficiency of agricultural production social component aimed at the transition from branch to territorial - management system of complex development of agro industrial production and rural territories have been revealed.
