Object of study - social relations that arise from the orientation of the Ukrainian establishment of the state to restructure the national information society and its integration into the world. The purpose of the study - study theoretical concepts of mechanisms of formation and realization of state policy on information society development in Ukraine and to develop practical recommendations for their improvement. The practical significance of research results from the fact that they can become the basis for the deepening of lectures in the training of graduate and postgraduate students in the field of public administration, as well as modernization of the training module in the training of civil servants and officials of local self-government proposals could also be useful and policy-makers and analysts in the design, development and acceptance, legal documents of state restructuring policies, the information society in Ukraine. Scientific novelty is that theoretical state of the system of legal, organizational and analytical mechanisms of formation and realization of state policy in sphere of information society has been based, which is to improve the regulatory and legal framework for the operation and development of society information and analytical support for the adoption of state-making in the field of information society development and the concept of identifying potential opportunities and risks of implementing the idea of restructuring the information society in Ukraine, the estimation of the achieved level of information society development in the field of Ukraine, the proposed performance criteria for state-management activities on a post-industrial state.
