Object of study - the Christian doctrine as a category of philosophy of law. Purpose: To establish the relationship between law and Christian morality, their compliance with human rights, the influence of Christianity on the formation and strengthening of human rights in the secular legal acts. Methods: a systematic, comparative, specific historical, historical, legal, axiological, dogmatic, logical, historical analysis and synthesis (as a kind of logic), hermeneutic, the formal-legal. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that the nature and content of the issues dissertation is the first monograph in Ukraine comprehensive study of Christian doctrine as the ideological source of the Ukrainian state and law. The practical significance of the study is that set forth in the provisions, findings, suggestions can be used in the course of further theoretical and philosophical, legal, industrial and applied research as the principles of the Ukrainian state and law. Some provisions may be considered in the formation of national or sectoral policies and concepts of the legal education of citizens. The results will be also useful for organizing specific activities to implement the main provisions of the legal and political reforms. Subject matter and degree of implementation - the results of research are used in practice and in teaching. Effectiveness Study - Acts of the introduction of evidence of positive evaluations of the results of the study. Scope of use - law enforcement and the educational process.
