Essay

It has been established and studied the main regularities of mass, thermo and electrotransport phenomena and electro-recombination processes in spatially inhomogeneous and low-dimensional structures of A2B6 solid solutions, porous silicon and its modifications by conjugated polymers, fullerene and carbon nanotubes. On the basis of complex investigations it has been developed new physical models of transport phenomena and fabricated sensor structures with characteristics which are improved and suitable for concrete aims.
