Nosov A. State regulation of monetary systems in the transformation economy of Ukraine

Object: monetary system, their formation, development and role in state economic policy. Purpose: theoretical and methodological justification of the principles of state regulation of financial systems, a comprehensive study of monetary processes and building an effective model of the monetary system. Methods: The methods of macroeconomic analysis of economic and statistical methods of analysis and synthesis of abstract and concrete, historical methods of comparative analysis, graphical methods and some special techniques and procedures for research. It is offered: The conceptual approach to the formation of the current model of the monetary system, capable to accumulate funds and provide high mobility for Innovation and investment development of the Ukrainian economy and its deep transformation through active use of monetary factors, proposed methodology of modeling monetary systems and structures, developed their typology taking into account various factors and system-defined model for further development of capable, in addition to creating effective economic and social mechanisms, to consider factors that go beyond economic feasibility (historical tradition, public opinion and national mentality), the basic functional-economic and institutional preconditions for the formation monetary systems, and their state regulation, dedicated its main areas: institutional (monetary reform), current (monetary policy), crisis management and post-crisis. Scope of usage: public authorities in the field of financial activities.
