Study of high-protein cattle and essential amino acids by combining their high-quality herbal food rations supplied by the biggest phase of protein accumulation and use of improved technology harvesting haylage and silage from-concentrate feed mix designed on the basis of protein and fat supplements local varieties of soybean and processed products, cake and meal sunflower rape and other concentrated foods. Theoretically and experimentally confirmed the new energy-efficient way of storing high-quality haylage and silage, developed a biological method of disposal antynutrition substances soybean. The peculiarities of the exchange and use of high nitrogen in the body during feeding cows grain high protein feed derived from drizhdzhuvannya, soybeans inaktivated antynutrition substances using biotechnological methods, food processing products enriched with methionine and fortified meal sunflower for lysine. Obtained in the results as the basis the development of new technologies and improving existing high feeding cows.
