Reznikova V. Theoretical Problems of Mediation Regulation in the Sphere of Management in Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with the complex analysis of the theoretical problems of mediation regulation in the sphere of management and the ways of their solving, the conceptions existing in economic-legal sciences are analyzed, a new vision of mediation as a specific economic-legal phenomenon is proposed. Тhe analysis of legal nature of mediation is done. The concept of mediation is considered, especially in terms of its economic and legal nature. Its basic features as a specific economic and legal phenomena are highlighted as well as the legal nature of mediation. A distinction of mediation and representation as related legal categories is made, the problems of their correlation are highlighted. Special attention is paid to the state regulation of mediation in Ukraine as well as to the analysis of mediation services as the economic and legal category.
