The dissertation is devoted to an development of optimization methods of nonlinear processes of probe formation in scanning nuclear microprobe, definition of resolution limit for probe-forming systems on the base of parametrical multiplets of quadrupole magnetic lenses, construction of microprobe compact scheme conception on principles of combination of beam acceleration and probe-formation, creation of experimental setup and implementation of experimental verification of adequacy of theoretical models of beam probe-formation.
