Essay

A research object is technologies of compatible utilization of spent catalysts and nitrogen gases. The aim of the work: development of scientific bases of the combined utilization of nitrogen off-gas and spent catalysts technologies, which provide economy of materials and complex use of raw material. Research methods and apparatus: x-ray phases, differential thermal and differential thermogravitation analysis, spectral photometry, raster electronic microscopy, method of low temperature nitrogen adsorption, and mercury metry of pores; chromatography, flaming photometry, conductometry, heliport, tetrameter. Theoretical and practical results: developed kinetics and mathematical models, new technological processes and source saving technologies for joint utilization of spent Ni-, Pd-, Co- and Ag- containing catalysts which of the jointly besieged and mixed types and nitrogen oxides, which allow to return in an industrial production 80-90% metals of spent catalysts and 60-70% by the nitrate constituent of catalysts raw material. Novelty: scientific bases are created for development of combined processes technologies of the nitrogen oxides chemosorption and extraction of metals from spent catalysts with the receipt of catalysts raw material and with the subsequent using in chemical industry. Degree of introduction: an industrial-experimentally fluidizer for extraction of palladium from the spent catalysts of APC-2 on "Severodonetsk Azot" and the industrial-experimentally setting for extraction of nickel from spent aluminium-nickel catalysts on SPK ALVIGO-KS are created.
