The dissertation is devoted to substaniation and further development of theoretical, methodological and methodical principls of formation and development economical mechanism of labour force market state regulation aimed to provide widen reproduction of nation labour force under the conditions of transition to the innovational type of economic growth. Scientific substaniation and suggestions have been worked out: analysis of the main theses of theory market labour force state regulation, methodological principle of scientific conception of substaniation and development of economic mechanism of market labour force state regulation, further development theses of consentual machinery of labour relationship and social labour relationship.
