In the dissertation study are developed theoretical-methodological and applied bases of forming of organizational-economic mechanism of enterprises' development in soy-bean industry in the agrarian sphere. Are disclosed the economic entity and category-conceptual base of terms of soy-bean subcomplex in Ukraine, is grounded its structure, functions and basic directions of development. Are analyzed the tendencies of development of the world market of soy-bean and its production and its causes, place and prospects of the Ukrainian soy-bean enterprises in it.
