Radyeva M. Institutional development of the corporate sector of the economy in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to improving theory of institutional development of the corporate sector of the economy and identifying the priorities of institution support for effective operation of corporations. The author investigates the genesis of the theoretical and methodological basis of functioning and development of the corporate sector of the economy by sorting out properties and principles of effective dynamics of corporations at national and global levels. The study refines the categorical and conceptual apparatus of institutional development of the corporate sector of the economy and broadens the theoretical and methodological approach to the institutional and institution essence of the corporation as the principal of the corporate sector of the economy.
