Essay

On the basis of the study of legal relations arising in forensic work the theoretical generalization and a new solution of scientific problems associated with the development of theoretical and practical issues of using expert technologies in the thesis are provided. Scientific definition of certain categories of forensic expertology is formulated; a number of suggestions and recommendations aimed at improving the procedures for the expertise application in criminal proceedings are worked out. The hierarchical relationship of subjects and objects, tasks of forensic examination and expert technology, as well as the ambiguities between them, were established. The problems of expert technology use during the expert commission were investigated. The necessity of creation of the expert technology-based workstation is motivated.
