Essay

In the thesis, methodological, theoretical and methodical bases of vocational training of the orchestral staff conductor are explored taking into consideration the specific of future professional activity. Genesis and evolution of the term "orchestra conductor" are displayed as a pedagogical and musicological phenomenon, which promotes the grounding of the problem of modern conductor-orchestral education. In a wide interdisciplinary context I formulated the meaning of the term "vocational training of the orchestral staff conductor", and reveal the social role in musically-aesthetic upbringing of the younger generation.
