Essay

Dissertation presents the solutiuon of the important research and development problem of improvement of the accuracy of prognostic and analytical estimates of atmosphere in decision support systems. The solution is achieved by the development of the new simulation methods with data assimilation and their integration in information systems of forecasting of meteorological conditions and atmospheric pollution. The developed technologies could be used in decision sypport systems in real-time as well as for the planning for minimization of consequences connected with environmental pollution and with possible emergencies.
