Object - process of formation of Ukrainian National Wealth in the conditions of modern model of Ukraine economic development. Purpose - development of theoretical-methodological approaches and estimation on their basis of Ukrainian National Wealth as a potential of the economic development. Methods - logical-dialectical, historical, critical analysis, generalization, grouping, expert estimation, synthesis, structural and comparative analysis, functional and system, balance, successive construction of accounts, commodity streams. Theoretical and practical results - theoretical-methodological are developed and on their basis the estimation of Ukrainian National Wealth as a potential of the economic development is carried out and reasonable directions of improvement of national economy management are justified.
