Object - is social relations in the organization and interaction of GPtS of Ukraine with government and unngovernmental institutions. purpose - develop theoretical administrative and legal framework and practical mechanisms of interaction of GPtS of Ukraine with government and unngovernmental institutions, forming the basis of this science-based proposals and recommendations of the theoretical and methodological, organizational, legal and administrative nature aimed at improving the efficiency of interaction the mentioned subjects. Research methods - formal and dogmatic, historical, systematic, sociological, comparative-legal, statistical, systematic and structural analysis. The novelty - thesis is the first in Ukraine comprehensive monographic research on the interaction of GPtS of Ukraine with government and ungovernmental institutions in administrative and legal aspects. As a result of the study made a number of conceptual conclusions put forward and substantiated a number of new research relevant to practice law provisions; results - theses materials can be used in research, law-making, law enforcement areas and learning process.
