Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of the methodology of regioselective annelation of pyridine, pyrimine and phospha heterocycles bearing endocyclic C-P bond to п-electron reach aminoheterocycles, anilines and phenols, which leads to the new preparative methods to the fused heterocyclic systems. The new approaches to the pyridine cycle annelation to the aminoheterocycle core (pyrazole, isoxazole, thiophene, furan, pyrrole, imidazole, thiazole, indole, benzofurane, benzothiophene and uracyl) and pyrimidine cycle annelation (to pyrazole,imidazole, thiazole and pyrrole) were proposed.
