Essay

The dissertation covers treatment of patients suffering from otogenic purulent and non-purulent intracranial complication, and in particular amplified by acute otitis media. Research of clinical, tomographic, ultrasonic, otoneurologic, audiologic, vestibulometric, microbiologic and laboratory feature let us develop new trends in structure, ethiopathogenesis and peculiarities of clinical courses, besides new approaches to surgical and conservative treatment methods aimed for prevention of relapses and chronization pathological process were justified.
