Deineka I. Development of the theory and practical increase of reliability acid-protective of clothes of the workers of the machine-building enterprises.

The dissertation is devoted development of the theory and methods of practical increase of reliability acid-protective overalls for workers of machine-building enterprises, that is conditioned by necessity of study of influence of mineral acids (sulfuric, salt, nitric and phosphoric) average and high densities on tests of special textile material. Some dangers at separate stages of the given branches are bound up with utilization of aggressive solutions which lead to production of chemical traumas. Special material made from wool propylene yarn in the ratio 20/80 is reasonable use for manufacturing acid-protective overalls is proved. Efficiency of using isolating material with a polymeric covering the estimation of which degree of reliability is necessary for checking frost hardiness of tests, and also change of coefficient of air permeability and a waterproof index is also proved. The estimation of acid-protective properties of material in difference of operating standards should be conducted concerning influence of sulfuric, salt, nitric and phosphoric acids of the specified densities.
