Essay

Dissertation is devoted to developing of theoretical basis for synthesis of amfifilic comb-like copolymers and polyperoxides via polymer-analogous transformation of 1-olefin-co-maleic anhydride copolymers, by acylation of methoxypolyethyleneglycols and peroxy-alcohol and by polymeranalogous transformation of chitosan for formation of self-assembled polymeric systems. Influence of environmental conditions onto structure of self-assembled polymeric systems was studied; these systems were used as nano-reactors of nano-Ag particles. As a result: pH-sensitive hydrogels on the basis of peroxychitosan for prolonged drug-delivery; dispersions with modified interface on the basis of polyperoxides.
