Chebotar'ova G. Legal Protection of Law and Order in Medicine

Dissertation describes the research into the problems of providing legal protection of law and order in medicine. Medical activity is presented in the dissertation as an independent object of legal regulation, and law and order as an object of legal protection. Social components of medical activity were analyzed and mechanisms for protection of order in it and the place of legal regulations were defined. Tendencies for criminalization of law and order in medicine in Ukraine were established, and factor affecting that were identified. Drawbacks and perspectives of introduction and cancellation of legal regulations in medicine were identified.
